Brian D. Handly

Dr. Handly is a board-certified, fellowship trained pediatric radiologist at the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill. He interprets imaging studies on pediatric patients including CT, MRI, radiographs, and ultrasound. He also performs fluoroscopic studies, fine needle aspirations, and is a specialist in pediatric cardiac MRI.

Dr. Handly is a member of the UNC Academy of Educators and is highly involved in teaching residents, fellows, and medical students. His academic interests include educational theory and practice in the adult learner, MRI sequence and protocol optimization, and pediatric cardiac imaging.
