These faculty were recently recognized at the annual Evening of Scholarship. All have been inducted as new members of the UNC Academy of Educators.\u00a0Rachel Hitt was recognized as a\u00a02021 \u2013 2022 Graduate:\u00a0Passing the Torch: Fostering Medical Humanism through developing Faculty Role Models<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The Academy of Educators (AOE), at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Medicine, was founded in October 2006 as a part of the School\u2019s strategic plan to enhance research and scholarship towards excellence in teaching.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
