Tyler Knewtson is a second-year resident. His PhD research focused on real‐time imaging dosimetry based on scintillating fibers. After receiving his PhD, he worked as a medical physicist at Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare, where his duties included performing Linac, CT, Ultrasound, C-Arm, and ABC monthly QA; new device commissioning; and HDR, LDR, 3D, IMRT, VMAT, and SBRT treatment planning. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his dog.
