M-reps will be investigated to segment the target organ and nearby organs at risk in CT images acquired at multiple intervals over one ore more respiratory cycles. A 4D model will be built from these segmentations to predict changes across the patient\u2019s breathing cycle and to account for these changes during planning and treatment delivery.
