The second, &#8220;<em>The effects of short chain fatty acid supplementation on the quality of life and treatment-related toxicities in patients receiving definitive abdominopelvic radiotherapy: A randomized phase II study&#8221;, <\/em>is in collaboration with her faculty mentor, radiation oncology physician-scientist Dr. Andrew Wang, and co-investigator Dr. Jenny Ting, UNC Department of Microbiology and Immunology.
