Irradiator Access

In order to get access to the irradiator, users must be trained by the Core staff and Radiation Safety Office first. See the Training site for more information.

Access to the Cs-irradiator is strictly controlled with the need for a background check and collection of fingerprints. It requires both a SOM badge and biometric scans for access.

Access to the X-ray irradiator will be provided after official training from the Core, and your SOM badge is required for access.
