Service Fees

Rates will go into effect on 1/1/2025.

Guidelines:

  1. Users should estimate the time needed for animal irradiation and budget accordingly.
  2. Staff support includes animal support, irradiator operational support, treatment planning support, image handling support, and other technical support.  Please contact the core for more detailed budget information on any specific studies.
  3. The service rates are subject to change without prior notice.  Users are usually billed weekly based on actual system usage.

Investigators are recommended to include at least 5% per year extra to all rates to account for inflation and unanticipated costs.  As a core facility, the RCF must reevaluate rates annually to be sure operational expenses are covered without making profit.
