All radiation studies are scheduled through iLab. Before you can use the core, please register for an iLab account.<\/p>\n

To Register for an iLab account:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Navigate to the core page by clicking here<\/a><\/li>\n
  2. In the upper-right-hand corner of the screen, click \u2018Register’. If you are a UNC user, click “Register using UNC credentials”. Otherwise, select ‘Register for an iLab account’.<\/li>\n
  3. You will be directed to an authentication page where you will need to enter your UNC-CH credentials.<\/li>\n
  4. Once you have entered your credentials, click the \u2018Sign In\u2019 button.<\/li>\n
  5. You will be directed to an iLab Registration page where you will need to select your PI\/Lab and verify your contact information.<\/li>\n
  6. Once your registration has been submitted, your PI will receive a notification that you have requested membership to their lab in iLab. They will need to approve your membership and assign any Chart-field String for your use.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    To Book Irradiator for trained users<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

      \n
    1. \u201cSign in\u201d to the Core<\/a> page.<\/li>\n
    2. Select the Schedule Equipment<\/em> tab and click the Irradiator that you need to reserve the time. Click and drag on the time frame you would like to schedule your reservation for.<\/li>\n
    3. A window will pop up that will allow you to verify your reservations details and provide payment information before saving the reservation.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      To Submit training or service request for untrained users:<\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      1. \u201cSign in\u201d to the Core<\/a> page.<\/li>\n
      2. Select the Request Services <\/em>tab and go to the service of interest (Training Request, or Radiation Request).<\/li>\n
      3. Click the \u201cInitiate Request\u201d button.<\/li>\n
      4. You will be asked to complete a form before submitting the request to the core.<\/li>\n
      5. Your request will be pending review by the core. The core will review your request and either agree to the work or they will ask for more information if needed.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
