DESCRIPTION:Join us in celebrating the SHAC’s 58th anniversary at the SHAC 5K & Health Fair on Saturday\, October 11th! \nLast year\, we had over 150 runners and walkers registered to support UNC’s SHAC Clinic and so many amazing sponsors! \n100% of the proceeds will go towards SHAC’s free health services for our uninsured and underinsured neighbors in Chapel Hill\, Carrboro\, and Durham. Whether you sign up for the 5K or donate – your help and support is greatly appreciated! \nThe 5K starts and finishes at 7:30 am at the UNC Campus Y Courtyard located at 180 E Cameron Ave in Chapel Hill. Free parking is available anywhere on campus. Parking is also available on Franklin Street. \nThe entry fee is $25 if registered by September 15th. Beginning September 16th\, the entry fee will increase to $30 up to and including race day. The entry fee includes a t-shirt with sizes guaranteed to all those registered by September 15th. After that date the shirts will be given out “as available.” \nPre-registered entrants can pick up their race packets and late entrants can register beginning at 7 am on race day. \nPrizes will be given to the overall first\, second\, and third place male and female finishers\, as well as to the top non-binary finisher. Prizes will also be awarded to the top male\, female\, and non-binary finisher in each of the following age groups: 19 and under\, 20-29\, 30-39\, 40-49\, 50-59\, and 60 and over. \n  \nPlease see the event website to sign-up and for more details.
