The UNC Department of Social Medicine is pleased to announce publication of the 3rd edition of The Social Medicine Reader, which includes Volume 1 ( Ethics and Cultures of Biomedicine) and Volume 2 (Differences and Inequalities). Six current and two former faculty from the department are editors of The Social Medicine Reader, which is published by Duke University Press.
