Clinical Ethics: Workplace Violence in Healthcare: Just Part of the Job?

How can we balance our duty to care for patients and families with our duty to
protect others from violence?

In this presentation, an interdisciplinary panel will explore the nature and scope of
workplace violence in healthcare settings in the United States, as well as the
institutional duty of health systems to prevent, recognize, and respond to violence.
