Sponsored Programs Office Internal Post-Submission Materials Deadlines
NIH Notice Number: NOT-OD-19-083 outlines the specific rule regarding post-submission materials, which requires concurrence from the Authorized Organization Representative (AOR) of the applicant organization.
To ensure a smooth and compliant process, the Sponsored Programs Office has established an early submission requirement for all NIH Post-Submission Materials. We kindly request that applicants submit any post-materials to our office two days before the NIH deadline. This timeline allows the AOR sufficient time to review, process, and submit the Post-Submission Materials to the NIH Scientific Review Officer (SRO) in a timely manner.
Adhering to the designated Post-Submission Materials deadlines is crucial for upholding the integrity of the research process for the University, departments, and investigators. It is our collective responsibility to follow established standards and procedures while submitting and reviewing Post-Submission Materials.
