For any questions, email <a href=\"mailto:OSPContracting@unc.edu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">OSPContracting@unc.edu<\/a>.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>To begin the process:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Submit a request in <a href=\"https:\/\/apps2.research.unc.edu\/alice\/index.cfm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ALICE<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>A Contracting Officer will be assigned to review and sign the agreement.
