See Goodbye DUNS, Hello UEI.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Updated biosketch and other support format pages (NOT-OD-21-110.)<\/li>\n<li>Updated country and state dropdown lists across all forms.<\/li>\n<li>Increased character limit to 100 characters for \u201cDepartment\u201d and \u201cDivision\u201d fields.<\/li>\n<li>Expanded requirement for a Commons ID to all senior\/key personnel (NOT-OD-21-109.)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Increased number of \u201cOther\u201d direct cost budget lines from 3 to 10.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Added \u201cChildcare Costs\u201d section to Fellowship Supplemental Form (NOT-OD-21-074.)<\/li>\n<li>Added question regarding Technical and Business Assistance (TABA) to the SBIR\/STTR Information form (NOT-OD-21-082.)<\/li>\n<li>Application guides for FORMS-G application packages will be posted to the How to Apply \u2013 Application Guide page no later than October 25, 2021.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>NIH Forms &#8211; G Instructions have been published.
