Kirschstein National Research Service Award<\/a> opens in a new tab (NRSA) predoctoral and postdoctoral programs outlined in NIH Notice <a href=\"https:\/\/grants.nih.gov\/grants\/guide\/notice-files\/NOT-OD-24-104.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">NOT-OD-24-104<\/a> opens in a new tab.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>As a result, all personnel budgeted in proposals, <em><strong>including subagreement personnel<\/strong><\/em>, should be calculated using FY 2024 rates.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>The only exception applies to proposals submitted to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ahrq.gov\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality<\/a> opens in a new tab (AHRQ), which, under NIH Notice NOT-HS-25-015 opens in a new tab, requires the use of FY 2025 rates.<\/p>\n<p>For the most recent information and rates, see the <a href=\"https:\/\/osp.unc.edu\/resources\/information-sheet\/#infoReg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">OSP Information Sheet<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>According to NIH Notice NOT-OD-24-110 opens in a new tab, all legislative mandates that were in effect during FY 2024 will continue to apply under the Continuing Resolution.
