UNC and some require different ways to log in<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Single Sign-On<\/strong>: For software using the Single Sign-On page, use your Onyen and Password.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Microsoft 365<\/strong>: Microsoft 365 software such as Office Online, Outlook\/HeelMail, and Copilot use your Microsoft 365 ID as a username (also referred to as an Entra ID orUser Principal Name) in the format <em>onyen@ad.unc.edu<\/em>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Login Portals for UNC<\/strong>: Some software will either have a login portal specific to UNC or a SSO or Single Sign-On button where you&#8217;ll have to specify the UNC login.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Other Software<\/strong>: There may be some software required for classes that will require you to make a personal account. Read the directions provided by your instructor carefully to ensure your account is created properly, and that you are able to log in properly.
