For the desktop version, point your browser to <a href=\"https:\/\/medunc.navigate.eab.com\/\">Navigate<\/a> and select Log in. If you get this far but your credentials are denied, there is an issue with the school account. If you do, you will receive a message saying it was not received.<\/li>\n<li>If you decide you no longer want to receive automated text messages, you can opt-out by replying STOP.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>If you opt out, you will:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>no longer receive automated text messages from Navigate (this only applies to messages sent from short codes).<\/li>\n<li>not be automatically removed from standard text messages through Navigate.<\/li>\n<li>continue to receive an appointment reminder via email.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>If you want to opt-out of all text messages, please submit a <a href=\"https:\/\/help.unc.edu\/sp\">Service Now request.<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n    <\/div>\n        \n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"panel panel-default oscitas-bootstrap-container\">\n\n    <div id=\"panel-heading-details-0-5\" class=\"panel-heading oscitas-bootstrap-container\" role=\"tab\">\n\n        <h4 class=\"panel-title oscitas-bootstrap-container\">\n\n            <button class=\"accordion-toggle oscitas-bootstrap-container collapsed\" \n                id = \"button-details-0-5\"\n                data-toggle=\"collapse\"\n                data-parent=\"#unc-accordion-0\"    \n                aria-controls=\"#details-0-5\"  \n                aria-expanded=\"false\" \n                href=\"#details-0-5\">\n                Personalized Text Messages             <\/button>\n\n        <\/h4>\n\n    <\/div>\n\n    <div id=\"details-0-5\" class=\"panel-collapse collapse  oscitas-bootstrap-container\">\n\n        <div class=\"panel-body oscitas-bootstrap-container\">\n<p><strong>Text messages may be sent to you for academic or professional purposes to support advising and success initiatives.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Our intent is to provide you with necessary information without overburdening you. Text messages should be kept to a minimum.<br \/>\n<strong>Personalized text messages sent to you will be sent from a randomly generated 10-digit number (i.e. 205-619-9669).<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You can reply for up to 90 days (the 90-day clock resets after each response)<\/li>\n<li>Your reply goes to the initiating staff person\u2019s conversation tab in Navigate, and a notification email is sent to their institution email account.<\/li>\n<li>You cannot directly opt-out of this text setup. If you <strong>wish to opt-out<\/strong>, you need to notify staff to have your mobile number removed from Navigate.
