If you <strong>do not see the exam you are scheduled to take<\/strong>, click the &#8220;<strong>refresh exam list<\/strong>&#8221; button.<\/li>\n<li>Select an exam from the list and click &#8220;download exam&#8221;. Note, <strong>you must have an active internet connection in order to download<\/strong>. Doing so will download the exam file to your device.<\/li>\n<li>The download progress will begin to show. If the download was successful, the exam will be listed under the section, &#8216;DOWNLOADED&#8217;.<\/li>\n<li>Take a moment to review the exam options and settings, as they will populate beneath the window.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>Removing a Downloaded Exam<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>In some cases, you may need to remove a previously downloaded exam from your computer. If you need to re-download the exam, please verify that the download start and end times are still open prior to removing the download.<\/li>\n<li>Open Examplify.<\/li>\n<li>Click on the Exam File that needs to be removed from the Exam List.<\/li>\n<li>Select \u2018Remove Exam Download\u2019.<\/li>\n<li>Make sure to check the box for \u2018Remove the exam download\u2019, then select the <strong><span class=\"green\">green \u2018Remove Download\u2019 button<\/span><\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>The exam will now be removed and no longer marked as downloaded.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>iPad<\/h2>\n<h3>Downloading an Exam (iPad)<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Once registered, you will find exams available to download on the left-hand side. Tap the exam name to select the exam. If you do not see the exam you are scheduled to take, tap the\u00a0<strong>Refresh Exam List <\/strong>button or swipe vertically to refresh the list of available exams.<\/li>\n<li>Tap the\u00a0<strong>Download Exam <\/strong>button to download the exam to the device.<\/li>\n<li>If the download was successful, a <span style=\"color: #00922f;\"><strong>green check mark<\/strong><\/span> will appear next to\u00a0the downloaded exam. Underneath the main window, you can review the exam details and settings for the exam.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>Removing a Downloaded Exam (iPad)<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Select the exam you wish to remove on the left-hand side.<\/li>\n<li>Swipe the tile to the left and tap the <span class=\"red\"><strong>red<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Delete.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li>Follow the on-screen prompts to remove the downloaded exam from the device.\u00a0Depending on the exam&#8217;s download period, this exam may not be available to re-download\u00a0once removed.<\/li>\n<li>Alternatively, underneath Step 1, you will see the text-option to\u00a0<strong>Remove Exam Download<\/strong>. Before proceeding, double-check to make sure you wish to remove this exam from your machine.<\/li>\n<li>Tapping this option will prompt you with a warning. To proceed,\u00a0check the box and tap to\u00a0<strong>Remove Download<\/strong>. Depending on the exam&#8217;s download period, this exam may not be available to re-download\u00a0once removed.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n\n    <\/div>\n        \n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"panel panel-default oscitas-bootstrap-container\">\n\n    <div id=\"panel-heading-details-0-2\" class=\"panel-heading oscitas-bootstrap-container\" role=\"tab\">\n\n        <h4 class=\"panel-title oscitas-bootstrap-container\">\n\n            <button class=\"accordion-toggle oscitas-bootstrap-container collapsed\" \n                id = \"button-details-0-2\"\n                data-toggle=\"collapse\"\n                data-parent=\"#unc-accordion-0\"    \n                aria-controls=\"#details-0-2\"  \n                aria-expanded=\"false\" \n                href=\"#details-0-2\">\n                It\u2019s after business hours \u2013 who do I contact?            <\/button>\n\n        <\/h4>\n\n    <\/div>\n\n    <div id=\"details-0-2\" class=\"panel-collapse collapse  oscitas-bootstrap-container\">\n\n        <div class=\"panel-body oscitas-bootstrap-container\">\n<p>If it is after business hours, please email us at <a href=\"mailto:examsupport@med.unc.edu\">examsupport@med.unc.edu<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n    <\/div>\n        \n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"panel panel-default oscitas-bootstrap-container\">\n\n    <div id=\"panel-heading-details-0-3\" class=\"panel-heading oscitas-bootstrap-container\" role=\"tab\">\n\n        <h4 class=\"panel-title oscitas-bootstrap-container\">\n\n            <button class=\"accordion-toggle oscitas-bootstrap-container collapsed\" \n                id = \"button-details-0-3\"\n                data-toggle=\"collapse\"\n                data-parent=\"#unc-accordion-0\"    \n                aria-controls=\"#details-0-3\"  \n                aria-expanded=\"false\" \n                href=\"#details-0-3\">\n                I didn\u2019t get a green screen\/confirmation of upload            <\/button>\n\n        <\/h4>\n\n    <\/div>\n\n    <div id=\"details-0-3\" class=\"panel-collapse collapse  oscitas-bootstrap-container\">\n\n        <div class=\"panel-body oscitas-bootstrap-container\">\n<p>After completing your exam, click the blue \u201cNext\u201d button on the last page of the exam or Click \u2018Exam Controls\u2019 and select \u201cSubmit Exam.<\/p>\n<p>This will bring up a prompt, allowing you to either \u201cReturn To Exam\u201d or \u201cSubmit Exam\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Click \u201cSubmit Exam\u201d to continue to exam upload. Once uploaded, a green screen will appear to confirm that your upload was successful. In addition, you will receive an email confirmation. Please note: sometimes the email confirmation will go to your junk\/spam folder.<\/p>\n<p>What if my assessment freezes in the middle?<\/p>\n<p>If during your exam, your screen freezes, shutdown your device. Turn your laptop back on and resume the exam when prompted. You may need to contact the proctor to obtain a \u201cresume code\u201d.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n    <\/div>\n        \n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"panel panel-default oscitas-bootstrap-container\">\n\n    <div id=\"panel-heading-details-0-4\" class=\"panel-heading oscitas-bootstrap-container\" role=\"tab\">\n\n        <h4 class=\"panel-title oscitas-bootstrap-container\">\n\n            <button class=\"accordion-toggle oscitas-bootstrap-container collapsed\" \n                id = \"button-details-0-4\"\n                data-toggle=\"collapse\"\n                data-parent=\"#unc-accordion-0\"    \n                aria-controls=\"#details-0-4\"  \n                aria-expanded=\"false\" \n                href=\"#details-0-4\">\n                What if I\u2019m kicked out of an assessment?            <\/button>\n\n        <\/h4>\n\n    <\/div>\n\n    <div id=\"details-0-4\" class=\"panel-collapse collapse  oscitas-bootstrap-container\">\n\n        <div class=\"panel-body oscitas-bootstrap-container\">\n<p>For various reasons, it is possible to be kicked out of an assessment.
