Microsoft Teams is a collaboration app that helps your team stay organized and have conversations\u2014all in one place.<\/p>\n

How do I access and download teams?<\/h2>\n

Access<\/h3>\n

  1. Go to https:\/\/office.unc.edu<\/a>.<\/li>\n
  2. Login with your Onyen@ad.unc.edu<\/strong> and password. You will be prompted to authenticate.<\/li>\n
  3. Click Teams.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Or<\/strong><\/p>\n

    1. Go to https:\/\/heelmail.unc.edu<\/a>.<\/li>\n
    2. Login with your Onyen@ad.unc.edu<\/strong> and password. You will be prompted to authenticate.<\/li>\n
    3. Click the waffle icon in the upper left-hand corner. This will bring up the full selection of Microsoft Apps \u2013 select \u201cTeams\u201d.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Download<\/h3>\n

      1. To install the Teams desktop app, click your profile icon in the top right to open the settings menu.<\/li>\n
      2. Click Download the desktop app<\/li>\n
      3. Follow the prompts to install the app.<\/li>\n
      4. To open the desktop app, click the Teams icon on your desktop or go to Start > Microsoft Teams.<\/li>\n
      5. Click Download the desktop app.<\/li>\n
      6. Follow the prompts to install the app.<\/li>\n
      7. Login with your Onyen@ad.unc.edu<\/strong> and password. You will be prompted to authenticate<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
