Michael Meyers, MD, was elected to the American College of Surgeons Board of Governors as the Surgical Specialty Society Governor from the Southeastern Surgical Congress (SeSC). As a Specialty Society Governor, he will serve as a direct communications link between the Fellows of the College and the members of the Board of Governors.
Dr. Meyers is a Professor of Surgery in the Division of Surgical Oncology and Program Director for the General Surgery Residency program. On behalf of the students, staff, and faculty we would like to congratulate you on this honor.
