Together with the North Carolina Jaycee Burn Center and the UNC Health Care System, the Division of Plastic Surgery officially opened the UNC Burn Reconstruction and Aesthetic Center in September 2012. The facility offers an elegant, private and convenient location for patients seeking cosmetic surgical and non-surgical procedures, reconstructive surgery and laser services. The combination of educational and research resources and top-quality surgeons delivers a premium quality experience for a variety of treatments. Conceived and developed by UNC board-certified Plastic Surgeons, the Center is a collaborative effort reflecting the Division mission of “Leading through innovation, serving with compassion”.
