Our program has been certified by the American Society of Transplant Surgeons for kidney, liver, and pancreas.<\/p>\n<p>Our team partners with community practices from as far away as Asheville, NC, so that some patients have valuable access to health care without having to travel far from home. In addition, our outreach efforts allow UNC surgeons to form bonds with our referring doctors.<\/p>\n<p>Generous corporations and individuals have played a significant role in supporting the treatment and research advances we have made.
