Ezequiel Parodi, MD, Associate Professor of Vascular Surgery implanted the first commercial device in a patient on Friday, May 10th, 2024.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The GORE EXCLUDER Thoracoabdominal Branch Endoprosthesis (TAMBE) is an endovascular stent graft to treat complex aneurysmal disease involving the visceral aorta. This device is the first device in the US approved for this indication.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Farber was the National PI for the trial, which completed enrolment last year.
