how the shape of our DNA contributes to cellular responses to external stimuli and pathogens.<\/p>\n<p>It is the most detailed study related to time-courses of 3D chromatin structure to date.<\/p>\n<p>The Phanstiel lab, in collaboration with other members of the UNC Thurston Arthritis Research Center (TARC), is using the fundamental biology uncovered here to understand how genetic variation contributes to multiple human disease states including Alzheimer\u2019s disease and osteoarthritis.<\/p>\n<p>The study was published in <a href=\"https:\/\/bit.ly\/3Dx2fUb\">Cell
