His research team uses protein mass spectrometry to understand transcription and cell signaling pathways. For the UNC Center for Tobacco Regulatory Science and Lung Health, he is a co-investigator in <a class=\"internal-link\" title=\"\" href=\"\/tcors-lung\/research-projects\/mouse-models-of-human-smoking-related-diseases-what-is-the-best-mimic-of-human-disease\" target=\"_self\">Project III<\/a>.
