Self-Management Booklet<\/a>
\n<\/span>This booklet is used for self-management education for teens and young adults with Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD). It includes information on the kidneys and their functions, living with CKD, eating well, being independent, and self-advocacy. There are also resources to learn more about CKD and ways to connect with others. This booklet is currently being validated in the “All You Need Is Love” study.<\/span><\/p>\n

Mindfulness Booklet<\/a>
\n<\/span>This booklet is an introduction to Mindfulness, which can be particularly helpful for people with chronic conditions. Mindfulness is used in therapy for stress relief and paying greater attention to daily life. <\/span><\/p>\n

Self-Management and Mindfulness Audio Recordings
\n<\/a> <\/span>This folder contains audio recordings to use with the booklets for Self-Management and Mindfulness. Each chapter is provided in an audiobook format for convenient listening. In addition, there are Mindfulness activities to go along with the text. <\/span><\/p>\n
