My visit was handle in all ways in a professional and proficient manner. When my schedule Doctor was called away on an unexpected emergency I was informed by an R.N. and asked if I wanted to wait or I could be examined by another staff physician. I elected to see another Doctor. No complaints whatsoever. A big thanks to everyone and Merry Christmas.

The nurse that I first dealt with was professional, polite and very thorough with her questions and the examination. The doctor was exceptional; very detailed, knowledgeable about issues, listen to me. He made some suggestions about my medications and possible treatment plans for the future. I felt very confident about his concerns and will look forward to having him and Humana involved my medical care in NC.

It seemed warm in the waiting room and exam room. The air felt a bit stagnant.
