He received his medical degree from SUNY Downstate College of Medicine, where he graduated Alpha Omega Alpha, and completed his urology residency at NYU Langone Health. He then completed a Society of Urologic Oncology fellowship at UNC Health, after which he joined the UNC Urology faculty.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Feuer\u2019s clinical practice focuses on prostate cancer, with expertise in prostate cancer evaluation, MRI-fusion biopsy techniques, robotic-assisted surgery, and focal therapy approaches such as high-intensity focused ultrasound and cryoablation. He is a member of the Multidisciplinary Genitourinary Oncology Group at the UNC Lineberger Comprehensive Cancer Center and is committed to providing compassionate, individualized, and patient-centered care.<\/p>\n<p>His academic interests center on improving early detection and reducing barriers to timely cancer evaluation. Dr. Feuer helped develop UNC\u2019s Rapid Access Program for men with elevated PSA levels, a telehealth-based pathway designed to streamline evaluation and shorten wait times.
