This comprehensive plan aims to align the school&#8217;s vision and goals with the evolving landscape of healthcare, with a continued focus on becoming the nation&#8217;s leading public school of medicine. Dr. Spratte&#8217;s insights as a resident within the UNC Health system, along with the expertise of other committee members, will help ensure that the strategic plan addresses the current challenges and opportunities in medical education, patient care, and research.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Brooke Spratte completed her undergraduate education in Health Policy and Management at UNC and went on to complete a study abroad program at the Universidad de Santiago in Chile.
