Aimed at high-achieving, mid-career faculty members destined for increased levels of leadership, LTAM provides an interactive, in-depth learning experience that spans from September 2023 to May 2024.<\/p>\n<p>Key highlights of the program include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><u>Small Cohort<\/u>: Dr. Borawski will join an exclusive cohort of only ten participants, ensuring individualized attention and a supportive learning environment.<\/li>\n<li><u>Intensive Sessions<\/u>: Bi-weekly sessions, spanning 3.5 hours, will be conducted throughout the program, providing ample time for deep exploration of leadership concepts and strategies.<\/li>\n<li><u>Distinguished Speakers<\/u>: The program will feature guest speakers from local and national levels, offering diverse perspectives and valuable insights into academic medicine leadership.<\/li>\n<li><u>Interactive Approach<\/u>: Using case studies and highly interactive discussions, participants will actively engage in the learning process, fostering critical thinking and practical application of leadership skills.<\/li>\n<li><u>Expert Guidance<\/u>: Sessions will be facilitated by seasoned experts, guiding participants through the program, and providing mentorship and advice.<\/li>\n<li><u>Professional Development Stipend<\/u>: Dr. Borawski will receive an attendee professional development stipend of $5,000, further supporting her growth and advancement as a leader in academic medicine.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>More About Dr. Borawski<\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.med.unc.edu\/urology\/directory\/kristy-borawski-md\/\">Dr. Kristy Borawski&#8217;s<\/a> acceptance into the LTAM program comes as no surprise given her outstanding qualifications and dedication to her field. Having received her medical degree from Albany Medical College and completed her urologic residency at Duke University, Dr. Borawski possesses a strong foundation in the medical field.
