Her academic journey\u2014from earning her BS in Biomedical Sciences at the University of Central Florida with Magna Cum Laude distinction to completing her medical degree at Morsani College of Medicine\u2014reflects a consistent commitment to excellence.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Griffith\u2019s scholarly work includes research on urinary incontinence in men treated for prostate cancer, with publications in <em>AME Medical Journal<\/em>, <em>Urology Case Reports<\/em>, and <em>The American Surgeon<\/em>. Her current projects focus on the management of complex reconstructive urologic cases and gender-affirming surgical care, further strengthening her foundation in this highly specialized field.<\/p>\n<p>Throughout her training, Dr. Griffith has demonstrated dedication beyond the clinic. She has been actively involved in global health initiatives, including medical service trips to Haiti, Guatemala, and Rwanda, as well as long-standing volunteer work addressing homelessness in her home state of Florida. Her broad experiences align with UNC Urology\u2019s values of patient-centered care, innovation, and service.<\/p>\n<p>We are thrilled to welcome Dr. Griffith to UNC and look forward to the skill,
