Our team will work hard to help providers continue excellent patient care in a setting with a &#8216;<i>Can Do<\/i>&#8216; attitude, with a dedication to efficiency and a focus on always putting the patient first.&#8221;<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: right; color: #ffffff; link-decoration: none;\"><a class=\"white\" href=\"https:\/\/www.med.unc.edu\/urology\/directory\/sherry-ross-md\/\">Sherry Ross, MD<\/a><br \/>\nVice Chief of Pediatric Urology<br \/>\nAssociate Professor of Urology<\/h3>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"col-lg-3 col-md-4 col-xs-12 col-sm-6 oscitas-bootstrap-container\">\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.med.unc.edu\/urology\/directory\/sherry-ross-md\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-20 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.med.unc.edu\/urology\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/637\/2018\/04\/ross-200x300.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"200\" height=\"300\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h2>About Dr. Ross<\/h2>\n<p>Dr. Ross joined the Department of Urology in June of 2014 and is currently an Associate Professor and the Vice Chief of Pediatric Urology.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, Dr. Ross has served as the Director of Ambulatory Services in Pediatric Surgical Services and has been working within the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uncchildrens.org\/uncmc\/unc-childrens\/\">North Carolina Children\u2019s Hospital<\/a> to improve efficiency in pediatric surgery services and to expand services in outreach clinics throughout the state.<\/p>\n<p>Recently, Dr. Ross was nominated and selected to participate in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.med.unc.edu\/facultyaffairs\/leadership-development\/academic-career-leadership-academy-in-medicine-acclaim\/\">Academic Career Leadership Academy in Medicine (ACCLAIM)<\/a>; a program that aims to address leadership development opportunities for female and underrepresented minority faculty.
