Content from a Cell cannot be edited directly on the page<\/strong> where it\u2019s displayed. All changes must be made within the Cells plugin<\/strong>, where the content resides.<\/p>\n

Follow these steps to edit a Cell:<\/p>\n

  1. Identify the Cell ID
    \n<\/strong><\/p>\n
      \n
    1. If you need to update a Cell used on a page, first edit the page to obtain the Cell ID<\/strong> number.<\/li>\n
    2. The ID appears inside the shortcode.<\/li>\n
    3. Example, in [somcells cell_id=1057], the ID is 1057.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
    4. Open the Cells Plugin<\/strong>\n

      1. From the WordPress Dashboard or admin bar, select Cells<\/strong> to open the plugin interface.

      2. Locate the Cell:<\/strong> In the list of all Cells, find the one you want to edit by ID number<\/strong> or Cell name<\/strong>. Tip: Assigning descriptive names to Cells makes them easier to find later.<\/li>\n
      3. Access Cell Content and Settings:<\/strong> Click the Cell\u2019s title to expand it and reveal its content and settings.<\/li>\n
      4. Make and Save Changes:<\/strong> Edit the Cell content as needed, then click Update<\/strong> to save your changes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
