These roles define the level of access each user has, including the ability to add, edit, and delete content on the site.<\/p>\n\n<p>Access to a website is granted only to users responsible for maintaining content on an ongoing basis. A single update, such as a change to a faculty profile, does not require access. If you use our <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.med.unc.edu\/webguide\/getting-help\/website-help-request\/\">general request for help form<\/a><\/strong>, we will connect you with the website administrator who can assist with your requested changes.<\/p>\n\n<p>For security reasons, only users with an active <strong>Onyen<\/strong> can be granted access to a School of Medicine website. If you need to add someone who is outside of the University, such as a Health Care employee, they will need to <a href=\"https:\/\/aux-services.unc.edu\/pid\/#pane-0-2\">get an Affiliate
