To access the login page, add <strong>\/wp-admin<\/strong> to the end of your website\u2019s URL.<\/p>\n<p>Examples:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>https:\/\/your-site-url\/wp-admin<\/li>\n<li>https:\/\/www.med.unc.edu\/neurology\/wp-admin<\/li>\n<li>https:\/\/www.med.unc.edu\/medicine\/cardiology\/wp-admin<\/li>\n<li>https:\/\/unclineberger.org\/wp-admin<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This will take you to the WordPress login screen.<\/p>\n<h3>Login Link in the Site Footer<\/h3>\n<p>All SOM websites include a Login link in the School of Medicine footer. This link provides another way to access the WordPress login.<\/p>\n<p>Scroll to the bottom of the website and click <strong>Login<\/strong>. After logging in, you will be redirected to the WordPress Dashboard, where you can manage and edit content on your site.<\/p>\n<p>Health Care employees that don&#8217;t have an Onyen can obtain an <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/tdx.unc.edu\/TDClient\/33\/Portal\/KB\/ArticleDet?ID=298\">affiliate Onyen<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2>How to Log Out<\/h2>\n<p>Once you are logged in, the Login link in the site footer changes to <strong>Log Out<\/strong>. Clicking this link will sign you out of the site.<\/p>\n<p>You can also log out from the WordPress Admin Bar.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Hover over your <strong>username<\/strong> in the top-right corner of the admin bar.<\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>Log Out<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Logging out is recommended when using a shared or public computer to help protect your account.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>To edit content on your School of Medicine website, you must first log in to WordPress.
