The best bets (but not the only options!) for UNC medical students wishing to pursue summer research at UNC is to apply for:

• The Carolina Medical Student Research Program (CMSRP), and/or

• The Center for Health Equity Research (CHER) Research Summer Program

The best bet for UNC medical students wishing to pursue international summer research is to apply for funding through UNC SOM’s Office for International Activities
