My research mainly focuses on studying LPS stimulated Toll like receptor 4 (TLR4) mediated signaling pathway and inflammatory response associate with immune diseases. I use quantitative MS-based proteomics approaches to find disease biomarker and potential drug targets by investigating dynamic post-transcription changes in the full course of signal transduction. I’m also interested in developing high-affinity methods to isolate proteins from mammalian cells in high yield, purity, and close to physiological conditions.
