Mary Hawkins is an Evaluation Research Scientist with NC TraCS where she supports the evaluation of TraCS programs. Mary brings over a decade of experience supporting research and evaluation in the academic, non-profit, and public sectors. She holds an MA in International Relations from the University of Kentucky. Mary is passionate about improving health outcomes through effective evaluation practices.
