Samantha Hoelzer (she/her/hers) is an Evaluation Research Specialist II with the North Carolina Translational and Clinical Sciences Institute (NC TraCS) where she supports the tracking and evaluation of their programs. As a double Tar Heel, Samantha has received both her undergraduate and graduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She has over 5 years of experience working in clinical trial research and public health evaluation. Her interests include data visualization, maternal and child health, health disparities, and global health.
