The ways in which we adapted our traditional in-person interactive activities to engage students via zoom and with social distancing. Zoom offers us the opportunity to expand science outreach to remote areas of the state that are not accessible to us in person.

An interactive exhibit on new advances in machine-brain interfaces as potential therapies for brain injury and disease. In addition to learning about the brain and areas of motor control, visitors operate a robotic claw by contracting their own muscles, via an EMG interface.
