Physician Assistant; Research Instructor

BIOSKETCH

Laura Beth received her Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2008 and her Master of Medical Science from Wake Forest University Physician Assistant Program in 2011. After graduating, she worked in Hospital Medicine at UNC Medical Center for five years. Then, in 2017, she joined the UNC Adult Cystic Fibrosis Center, where she longitudinally takes care of adults with CF.  Within her role, she is involved in a variety of quality improvement projects and serves as a sub-investigator for CF clinical research. She is currently participating in the LEAPP CF Fellowship Program through the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. As a Tar Heel born and bred, she loves being part of the UNC community. She lives nearby with her husband Scott and dog Stella.
