About Us

The Animal Studies Core staff are long-term, dedicated employees who maintain American Association of Laboratory Animal Science Technician & Technologist (AALAS) certifications. Staff are provided ongoing training and development opportunities.

The ASC performs work in all facilities throughout campus. Complete study management and work with immune-compromised mice is typically performed within our dedicated housing space. Ad-hoc work can be performed within your current housing location or in your lab.
