CLC Genomics Workbench - Bioinformatics and Analytics Research Collaborative

CLC Genomics Workbench (CLC bio, Cambridge, MA) is a program for analyzing and visualizing next generation sequencing data.

UNC has access to two (2) concurrent network licenses for CLC Genomics Workbench software.

Note: Since we only have two licenses for CLC, they are reserved for analysis of high-throughput sequence data.

Please complete the registration form for Bioinformatics software found in the right column. You will need to use a valid ONYEN and password, when prompted for a login. After the form is completed, you will be given access to CLC installers and install instructions.
