Ingenuity Pathway Analysis (IPA)

Ingenuity® Pathway Analysis (IPA®) is a powerful analysis and search tool that uncovers the significance of ‘omics data within the context of biological systems. UNC has three (3) concurrent network licenses for IPA.

Please Note:

• Access to IPA is restricted to researchers with a current UNC-Chapel Hill affiliation and an email address that has “unc.edu” at end.
• If you find that you cannot access IPA, then all three license are likely in use. You will have to try again after some time. There is no signup or reservation system to use IPA.
