Chimeric antigen receptor T-cell therapy-associated thrombosis and bleeding

Chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy is increasingly used for the treatment of hematologic malignancies. However, thrombosis and bleeding complications have been reported in patients receiving this therapy. We are currently developing a mouse model of CAR T-cell–associated thrombosis and bleeding to investigate the underlying mechanisms.
