Dr. Noah Schwarz is a psychiatrist who completed his medical school at UCSF School of Medicine and subsequent psychiatry medicine residency at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill where he was chief resident from 2024-2025.  He chose to stay at UNC for the UNC Clinical Informatics Fellowship because of the outstanding mentorship and hands-on experience in systems-level change he experienced during his UNC Psychiatry Residency Clinical Informatics Track.

Dr. Schwarz’s broad research interests include how clinical informatics can support learning health systems to continuously improve the quality and value of care.
