Trainings
The following trainings are intended for the audience of The North Carolina Technical Assistance Center (NC-TAC) is a collaborative multi-agency partnership that provides coaching, training, and resources to organizations that support individuals at risk of incarceration and overdose. NC-TAC is funded by the NC DHHS Division of Mental Health, Developmental Disabilities, and Substance Use Services.
- JCOIN Course: First Responder Deflection: A Warm Handoff to Services in the Community (1.5 hours)
- Addiction Policy Forum: Stigma Course for County Executives (30 minutes)
- MAT In Jails Webinar Series: Legal, Medical, Community, and Security Considerations (MAHEC), three part webinar series, led by justice system professionals, focused on the basics of providing MOUD in carceral settings.
- Opioid Use Disorder Treatment Trainings (Providers Clinical System Support)
- The Management Center, training institute focused on equitable nonprofit management
- Racial Equity Institute
