Tara is responsible for the tripartite mission of the SOM clinical departments by leading the finance function for these units. She will serve as a member of UNC Faculty Practice and School of Medicine’s senior leadership teams, and will also be responsible for providing financial leadership, coordination of financial planning and reporting procedures, as well as budget development and management functions.
