Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) BB

3rd shift position in Transfusion Medicine, working four ten-hour shifts during the week. We are a full-service Transfusion Medicine department, and serve as a reference lab and blood supplier for three Novant community hospitals in the Charlotte area. There is a $15,000 sign-on bonus for the position.

Employee is responsible for performing all laboratory procedures, including quality control, specimen processing, testing and reporting of lab results. Employee will also assist in the evaluation of new or modified techniques when required. They will advise and assist in the orientation and training of other personnel on equipment and software as necessary.
