Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) or Medical Technologist (MT/MLS)

JMA is looking for a full time, skilled Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) or Medical Technologist (MT) for our Clayton Location.

• Medical Laboratory Technicians (MLT) or Medical Technologists (MT) must have:
  • Experience with direct patient contact and great sample collection technique
  • Able to perform all laboratory testing according to practice and CLIA guidelines in a moderate complexity lab setting (i.e. kit testing, capillary & heel sticks, venipunctures)
  • Ability to operate and maintain advanced laboratory equipment
  • Ensure quality control and accurate reporting of results
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Great time management
  • Collaborate with other lab techs and healthcare professionals to support patient diagnosis and treatment
  • Ability to train other members of the healthcare team on sample collection and operation of laboratory equipment
